Sheridan’s Business Process Management Program, which has been accredited by the Canadian Supply Chain Sector Council, gives you the skills you need to improve operational efficiency, save money, and drive business value. Skills you gain in this program are highly valued by employers in Canada, the U.S. and Europe. For instance, Business Process Management achieves such benefits as:
- Reducing surgery wait times from months to weeks
- Helping Dell deliver a custom configured computer to your door in just days
- Assuring that the Canada Revenue Agency can process tax returns and issue
refunds in days rather than months
The program is available in one of two delivery modes. In the traditional mode, classes will be scheduled during normal daytime hours from Monday-Friday. To accommodate the schedule of working adults, an alternative mode is also available. In the alternative mode classes meet two evenings a week, some Saturday mornings, in addition to three intensive one-week sessions (one in each of October, December, and April). The remainder of the program is presented in a convenient online format.
Through the program you'll learn how to:
- Use SAP enterprise resource planning software (Sheridan is a member of the SAP University Alliances program)
- Develop new or improved business processes to achieve organizational goals
- Integrate appropriate technologies for analysis and development of business processes
- Create sound business arguments justifying process change

The Business Process Management Program focuses on manufacturing, supply chain, financial services and health care industries, in both the public and private sectors.
